| The Perry Land and Cattle Company: The P-Square Ranch - Roxton, Texas The P-Square Ranch is located in Northeast Texas close to the town of Roxton. The ranch consists of about 600 acres in the rolling hills of the Texas Blackland Prairie. The ranch contains range land, several creeks and woods which support a variety of wildlife species such as deer. The ranch's purpose is the production of fine grass-fed beef. Currently the ranch operates with 120 cows and four bulls of mixed breed. It produces about 110 calves a year for market. The ranch house and the ranch headquarters are located in Roxton, Texas.
